Price inaccuracy

We saw the $51 dollar price tag and in store was listed at $99. Store assistant said it probably is an online deal so we tried to order online. Once in the cart the price jumped to $99 dollars. Spoke with customer service and they had no idea how to fix the issue.

Make sure to measure the door yourself

The product was mislabeled. The sticker shows it’s a 32 inch door but after painting and going to install, I realized the door was actually a 30 inch door. Called the manager and she confirmed that the size was incorrect and that’s why they were marked down. She did offer to replace however the location is over an hour away and financially it doesn’t make sense.

this is ridiculous!!

I ordered these doors almost 3 weeks ago. I was told they would be delivered August 9th then on August 9th I receive a message stating a new delivery date is now August 14th then of course on August 14th I receive another message that my new delivery date is August 22nd! This is not how you handle business. Especially considering I have to drive 45 min to make sure I'm there for delivery. This makes 2 times driving there for no reason! I'm going to see what Lowes says maybe a return needs to h...

CHEAP CHEAP PRODUCT

Would Not Recommend

DO NOT waste your money on this product. It is VERY cheap, the poor contractor tried to sand and paint this thin thing and saw dust was everywhere. Its flimsy and JELD-WEN should be ashamed. I wasted 3k on 22 doors and hinges. I went to a lumber yard and order solid wood doors. I am spending a little more, but it is worth it. These doors are terrible -you have been warned. Tomorrow, I will be reaching out to Lowes and JELD-WEN regarding a refund.
