Installed two doors - Good so far after 1 year
Happy with my purchase of 2 of these doors so far. Did a lot research and these seemed to have the nicest look when open and closed, and the smallest blind-control buttons. They also gave more view than another one I considered. Each door shows up in thin plastic sheet and cardboard corners, with a 2x2 on the bottom to keep it solid while installing. Damaged
Replaced an older patio door was not discovered until old door removed and new unwrapped for the install. The screen is ripped along the seam connecting to the screen frame and damaged two other places. It's November in Minnesota now that the old door is out we can't return this and have a gaping hole in the back of the house waiting for a replacement. Lowe's doesn't seem to have an ability to replace the screen or vehicle by which to deal with this so they sent a damaged product and now told us...

Not worth almost 2,000
I feel if you’re spending close to $2000 on sliding glass doors. You should have no problems at all. However, as other people have mentioned here I just got this door installed and already the lock mechanism is busted in all fairness Lowe’s is trying to handle the matter which I appreciate but I feel the manufacturer needs to fix a problem they are clearly aware of!

Poor packaging
The packaging. Only the corners had very small pieces of cardboard. There are scuff marks on the frame, caused from it being moved around being very poorly packaged. We crossed our fingers and prayed the glass wouldn’t break during transport.

Garbage
Do not buy! One of the blinds did not lock into place & Jeld-Wen customer service / warranty are giving us the runaround. Dropped calls (“we are having phone issues”), LONG delays for parts, then don’t schedule technicians until a few days after parts arrive which then delays service for 6-8 weeks out, then technicians are not happy when we refuse to accept incomplete or jury-rigged repairs & we insist it be done right, then the whole process starts again. I ordered a sliding glass door, not an inexpensive one, I might add. Wadsworth Lowe's damaged the screen door part of it. I have called the store numerous times, each time the person who took the message for the manager said they would pass my issue on to him or her. To this day I have not received a call back.

Installed fine. Quality is on par with a $700 door
Slides nicely and fit well but once I got it all unwrapped I noticed a pretty big scratch on the middle section at about eye level. Additionally I would say the locking mechanism works but it did not meet expectations for a $2k door I was expecting a bit more quality and security.
