INSL-X Bond Stix GL4 is a water-based bonding primer designed for interior and exterior use. This white, low-odor formula strongly adheres to glossy and hard-to-coat surfaces such as metal, tile, walls, and ceilings and covers approximately 400 sq. ft. per gallon. It is tintable for custom color matching, cures in low temperatures down to 35 deg. F, and resists blistering, cracking, and wrinkling of topcoats caused by moisture. The waterborne, low-VOC primer accepts latex, alkyd, epoxy, urethane, or lacquer topcoats and is supplied in a 128 Fl Oz can made in the United States.
