Bought this at Lowe’s a month ago, third use the pull string pulled out of trimmer. Take to Lowe’s and I’m told I have to have return authorization. No phone number to talk to Husqvarna and been 4 days with no reply to an email. Company is a joke and Lowe’s does not stand behind the product. This is my second one in 2 years and I’ll never spend another dime with this company. Cheaply made and not priced. Absolute joke

It took less than half of effort and time vs my electric trimmer that I used for years. I wish if I would have bought this earlier.
