Faulty light kit

Purchased this fan 3 years ago and, at the 3 year mark the light kit began flickering. Customer service said it was out of the time frame after contacting them 4 times to try to resolve it. Lights fail, but zero help on the customer service end of the company.

Would Recommend

Gorgeous fan! I really love the look of this fan and it functions very well. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the light it provides is a little less than ideal. It's bright enough for a middle/semi-large sized room, but if you have lower ceilings (ours are 8ft) then it's more of a spotlight and isn't dispersed very well.

This fan has exceeded my expectations! In the house I lived in before moving, we never had ceiling fans. So when we moved into our 1930's fixer upper, and it had fans, I knew I would be changing things around. Starting with our family room! I wanted a piece that would be chic and timeless, while still adding a decor aspect. The Bureau went way beyonf my expectations. Firstly, it was SO easy to set up.
