The 1 micron carbon block water filter found in the Home Master Jr. PLUS can remove up to 99% of lead, Cryptosporidium, and Giardia in addition to chlorine, turbidity, VOCs, TOCs and other chemicals which may be present in your tap water. To promote long filter life the Home Master Jr. PLUS features a dedicated 15 micron prefiltration wrap to capture larger sediment particles before they can interfere with the 1 micron carbon block matrix. The Home Master Jr. PLUS requires a filter change only once every 2,500 gallons of water, or 1 year. In the box: fully assembled Home Master Jr. with filter; sink faucet diverter valve; additional 15/16 x 13/16-inch faucet adapter; flexible connection tubing; long-reach chrome faucet; and instructions. Operating conditions: feed water PSI 20 - 90 PSI, water temperature 40 - 100 degrees Fahrenheit maximum. Total Dissolved Solids: 2000 ppm.
