The tree is beautiful and big works well but the branches are some what loose and the tree looks weird with dropping branches had to zip tie because Lowe’s does not want to help me I just bought the tree 11/15/25 and they say all sales are final I’m just trying to get it replaced for over $500 they should help out and a 3 yr manufacturer warranty.
Lights stop working after a year.
Very Upset. Got this tree last year. NEW house NEW Tree. We absolutely loved it. It was so big and so Beautiful. But it up this year and after day one the lights no longer work. A tree over $500 should last longer then a year. Now we have 2 Littles ones very Upset thier tree don't work. We even tried to buy a new plug. All the numbers match up and it don't fit.

My tree is one year old I LOVE it but tonight I came home and the adapter /plug does not work please I need a new one where would and how would I get a new adapter . All the adapter are only 8 mode and doesn't have the warm white lights . Need help
Fullness makes it hard to put a topper on it.
Pretty and full before the lights were turned on. We like the simple white lights but the other settings were neat. Sometimes turned them on just for fun.
