Fine machine. Terrible instructions.

Form factor is excellent. Love the ability to pump water out via a supplied tube, vs. emptying a tank (which is still an option). Easy to set up. Not especially noisy. My complaint, if you will, is the complete absence of instructions on how to use the functions. Big instruction book that says nothing about how to configure the settings for humidity level. Worked great until it didn't.

I loved this humidifier until the pump died 3 years and 1 month after purchasing. I thought I would be covered by Lowe's 3-year protection plan, but it turns out that is a misleading scam. The 3 years starts on the purchase date, not 3 years after the Hisense 2 year warranty runs out. So it is just a 1 year warranty. Unhappy Customer

Questionable product quality and horrible customer service. The dehumidifier lasted about 8 months before it started giving error code e9 sporadically. The unit was meticulously maintained. All troubleshooting was performed. The basement it was used for only gets moisture spikes in summer months after heavy rain fall. So the total run time was low. Extremely disappointing online shopping experience with Lowe’s. I placed my first online order with Lowe’s for a dehumidifier, and unfortunately, the experience from start to finish was extremely frustrating. SO LOUD!

This device is effective at removing moisture from the air. Impressive really. But it is SO LOUD and so hot!! I literally dread turning it on bc my home gets so hot and loud. Generally turn it on when I am leaving the house.

Poor customer service

Being an appliance that can frequently has issues, customer service is a tremendous component of its purchase. Hisense has a terrible phone support and seems to only be interested in providing support to customers under warranty. I regularly clean all of the filters and replace my drainage tubing routinely. Pump stopped working in less than a year

Still works, but have to manually dump now as the pump stopped working. Bought Nov of 2025.

Pump Failed after less than 1 year of Use

The pump which worked to get water out of the hose failed after less than 1 year of continuous use. After the unit was thoroughly cleaned, and hose replaced, still not pumping water out. Now the water has to be emptied every day. This is why I try not to write reviews on things until they have had some actual use.

Been working great two summers

This is a work horse dehumidifier. It works non stop and has a hose to drain so no messing around emptying tanks. I recommend it.
