I bought this product specifically because I had a small leak at the bottom of my bulkhead where the joint was between the stairs and the wall. It had been leaking for a while and I decided to try and stop it. The leak was constant so I needed something that would stop the leak while it was still leaking. Quickrete worked perfectly and I no longer have the leak.
