Black plugs do not match brushed stainless steel f

Very disappointed! Healthcraft packaged black plugs with the brushed stainless steel wave grab bars! I contacted the company, they acknowledged they did it--no apologies! They said they don't have the gray plugs and don't plan to procure any. I think Lowe's should inspect each and every one to see if the plugs are mis-matched, and if so, should return them to Healthcraft for their money, plus stocking and shipping! I spent THOUSANDS on remodelling my bathrooms to end up with UGLY BLACK PLUG...
