the description on the initial produce states up to 30". in the specifications it states 26". it is actually 26". 4 inches does make a difference she said.

slants - poor design

The concept is that the weight of the curtain will cause the rod to slant a couple of degrees so they have you install the rod at an angle. Problem is, there's no way to know how far down the weight of the curtain pulling on the rod will make the rod slope, so it's impossible without trial and error to get the curtain/rod to be straight across.

Doesn't do it's job

Total disappointment. This rod didn't hang straight even with nothing on it. When a lightweight sheer was placed on it it drooped ridiculously. Had to return it and keep looking for a solution.
