To many issues getting the product in

I ordered the product & got no hardware, had to go to the store 2, call the manufacturer & go back to the store to get the hardware for the 3rd time. When I got to the store to get the hardware I was still missing the top bar & still struggled with them to get the rest of hardware

Pretty Look; Poor Construction

It was easy enough to put together, but it cracked in multiple places and I had to use wood glue on it to get it to stop cracking. Positives: Lightweight, looks great, single piece track. Negatives: Door is a very cheap wood, holes in hanger aren't the correct distance to studs.

Decent DIY door kit but NOT for door casing trim

Overall quality was good but not sure why the door came unassembled? Most joints went together well but I had one large gap that I was unable to close by shifting panels around. As for the rail and trolley system, the wall spacers do NOT account for traditional door casing trim moulding. I know most barn door applications are for flush doors but I feel an optional spacer kit should have been included. I had to mount the trolley backwards from instructions to offset moulding.

You have to assemble the door.

The color is pretty, however; the wood is not durable. Broke while getting it out of the box.

It worked

I guess it’s what I expected out of the box. Some slats and all of the crosses were either warped, damaged or ugly. Was able it hide them but I expected better. I was happy that this kit included all of the hardware! What a plus! I will say that following the instructions exactly the floor guides did NOT fit in the groove underneath the door. If you would like them concealed hang the door rail 1/4” higher than instructions say.
