The mulch is good and precisely what we purchased. Shipping and delivery however, we amateur hour. Product was delivered a day later than communicated and half way through the rescheduled delivery day, we got a call saying it was too heavy to delver that day. After too many calls and too much time, we convinced them to deliver very, very late the day after it was scheduled. Once you pay, you’re on your own
After being shipped the product set for nine days awaiting delivery. This was 50 miles away from my house. I called Lowe’s asking if they could get me a status. They said it would take them three days to get status. I call the shipping company myself. Wasn’t able to expedited, but at least I got a status. Lowe’s never called me back.

Shipment Communication Non-Existent
Order was placed and product was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. I received no updates or communication stating that there was a delivery delay. I had to search for myself and found that the delivery was rescheduled for today but it's after 2030 and still no delivery?!?! Lowes is normally better than this...luckily I didn't have a pressing timeline for my project otherwise I would have been out of luck. Please improve your customer communication on delivery statuses for future reference!!!!...

Felt compelled to offset bad review by person that is comparing wood mulch, which last one year, to rubber mulch, which last 10 years.
price is way too high
The cost per Cubic foot is over $10. Why would anybody buy it in bulk when you can buy bagged for less than $2.00 a cubic foot.
