Rude staff & shameful return policy- no more Lowes
It was the last on the shelf - box open & 7 days before Christmas / I was concerned that it wouldn’t work …salesperson said I could return it! Wrong :(. - It was missing the piece to hold it up - I had been out of town and took it back to the store . Clerk (Cathrine) VERY rudely said no returns on the Dec. 26th . It was still in the box and CLEARLY unused. I had my receipt But Montgomery (Mgr) agreed with the Rude Clerk. Your return policy is awful. No more Lowe’s for me.

Nothing spectacular about this Animated light show. It was clear against the side of my house, so no issues there. Maybe it needs to be paired with another light show.
