Sort of love hate...
Door delivered as promised. Looked packaged well, wrapped well. Door was unfinished and to their defense it did say to finish quickly after receiving. I did not. It sat in a humidity controlled climate controlled space (my garage) for maybe 60 days before it was finished. Used an exterior grade oil based stain and sealer in one... a Cabot Product... finished in an air conditioned environment. Looked fabulous. Door is beautiful. Glass is lovely. It was easy to install. My experience with this company was positive
First, what I like is the door turned out to be better than what I expected. It is beautiful. I plan to buy another one soon. What I didn’t like was communication with the seller was non existent. I didn’t even know who they were until taking delivery.

Great door!
Very nice door, very heavy and well built, looks amazing. Delivery was excellent, Estes driver unpacked it even… I was expecting to have to dispose of the pallet and transport frame, so that was a welcome surprise.

Not good quality
Waited forever for this to arrive and when it came there were actually holes throughout the door. Who sends a door with whiles in it. I figured it would have knot holes that would show through the stain but not actual holes. Crazy
