Flawed glass
The doors appeared to look great. They arrived prepped for painting, framing went well. We only removed the plastic from the glass panels after installing and painting and there are flaws in the glass. The glass is smooth on the outside, but it appears to be flawed in the center of the panes. There are three flaws, by one is worse than the others.

Faulty quality control
The doors are nice. However be warned quality controls lacking. I have approximately 1.5 inches missing of the bottom seal therefore these doors are defective. Allowing air inside. Now I have to go thru the hassle of ordering new doors and paying for uninstallation and installation! If I wanted a new seal I could've kept my original mahogany doors and replace a seal instead of ordering these new doors and having my contractor tell me I can add in a piece of a new seal or replace lol. No tha...

Beautiful door, but…
Door looks great but is splitting at a joint. Trying to replace the damaged door has been a challenge. Lowe’s seems to be ill-equipped to deal with direct shipments from manufacturers.

Fantastic Looking Door!
The door arrived in perfect shape. We had it installed and added one coat of sealer (no stain). The protective coating is still on the windows in this picture - just a FYI. The windows are clear without the coating. We love the look of the door and are getting a lot of compliments.
