Worse than Terrible doors

Would Not Recommend

Installed these doors on a new construction house. Doors have leaked since installtion. This is an exterior door that is not supposed to be exposed to the elements(???). Greatview refuses to accept responsibility for the doors and Lowes passes the buck. From Greatview: Build an awning, recaulk the door, blah, blah, blah. New Construction Front Door

We received our door on time (maybe even ahead of time). We had it shipped to our local Lowe’s and picked it up undamaged. The door was packaged in a large wooden “crate” that kept it safe and secure. The door itself is very nice looking and installed just fine. Our installer said it was a nice door as well. The glass came with film on it which makes it even easier to stain because there’s less prep time. The other reviews of the door showing large knots which are not filled in are accurate ...

2/17 Lowes told customer delivery is 3/6

Item was to be delivered on March 6th however was delivered on February 22nd, this was a problem due to no one at the residence. The item is possibly destroyed due to weather exposure because of poor communication with Lowes delivery service No call to owner as was promised prior to delivery.

Damaged door tread

Would Not Recommend

Door arrived with the door threshold bent from shipment. Lowes will not do anything to fix the issue other than me return the very heavy door (which I have no means to do so, it’s on a huge pallet that I can not lift) and reorder-delivery is more than 30 days out. This door took well over that to arrive.
