Lowe’s website doesn’t track numerous boxes shipped for one item. Unfortunately FedEx delivered one box and Lowe’s closed out the order in their system when the first box was received. The second box was supposed to be delivered by 150 this afternoon and s of 31pm it still hasn’t arrived. Checking Lowe’s is no help s it shows the order being complete and all I have is the handles and rollers for the shower door. Not faulting Glass Warehouse as they aren’t responsible for Lowe’s website.

Missing item at pickup
Picked up this unit from Lowe’s. It shipped in 4 boxes, I received 3 with no labeling saying what was expected. Lowe’s didn’t find the fourth box until I got home and called requesting them to check…. Lost a day of work and had to return to Lowe’s to retrieve it.

this door leaks
I dônt know what it is about this door, but it leaks, no matter what you do, we have gone as far and using silicone to excess and it still leaks around the brackets.

Stay Away From Glass Warehouse Doors
Ordered 2 doors. 1 never made it. Followed up with Lowes who said FedEx indicated that order was damaged and delayed and they had reached out to vendor (Glass Warehouse). Followed up with vendor who said, “they don’t communicate with the shipper or get updates.” After a lot of hassle, they sent the replacement glass. Waited and it again never arrived.
