I own a Mobile Detailing in Orlando and I have 3 only one it's giving me problems to read the battery but they work great trying to get one more can't find them

Dead after 3 uses.
General states - "High Performance Motor – Brushless motor for increased performance and durability" After 2 years, 6 months and 3 uses, this washer died. Sorry, but I don't consider that any kind of durability. Washer was consistently stored out of the weather. I would love to see Generac make this right, but I don't hold much hope.

Should be recalled-carbon monixide risk
I bought this pressure washer almost two years ago. Used it twice the first year and once breifly this year, about two weeks ago. It has electric start, with a battery. I went out to use it to finish the exterior of the house and it was dead, and out of gas. I took the battery out and charged it, and when I put it back in, it immediately started cranking. After looking everything over it had started itself in the garage and ran itself out of gas. I found that several other models are unde...

This unit literally lasted two years to the day! Can't believe a company like Generac would put their name on this product. Very disappointing. Not going to make Generac my first choice anymore.
This washer works great for all projects.
I have used the washer several times and have been impressed by how good it works. I have washed my house with good results. Also the driveway and the shed. The patio area cleaned up good too. So you can see I have used it for several big projects and it worked great each time. I am in my 70’s and had no problem using it.

Bought it three years ago- had to have warranty work done after the first use- worked great after warranty work- tried it today ( third time using it)- wouldn’t start. I had thought about getting a home generator in the future- no way would I go with a general.

Product not made ith easy to assemble parts. Hammers, pliers and wire brushes were needed and needed for assembly.
Product not made easy to assemble The parts required Hammers, pliers and wire brushes for assembly. It appears that the quality of those parts are not what they should be. I felt that buying an American product would be better. Perhaps in the future GENERAC will get their products and parts from a more reliable manufacturer.

This pressure washer is the real deal for your home maintenance needs! Super simple to assemble and once ready fires right up!! The pull started with 1 pull and the electric start of course started immediately as well. This pressure washer is a work horse!! I 1000% stand behind generac products. I have generators and now a pressure washer by Generac and know I have a great quality made product! Very happy with this purchase!
