GB Xtreme Terminals are constructed with Heat Shrink insulation. Heat Shrink Insulation is an adhesive that melts over a wire connection to create a waterproof seal. The terminal insulates and protects connections from wire pullout, moisture intrusion, and abrasion. It also resists salt water, oil, gasoline, and other environmental contaminants.
