Worth the Purchase Price
Package did not arrive at all how I expected but not ever having bought bareroot strawberries before I didn't know what to expect. Separating each individual plant was a bit problematic but I was able to get them planted and the plants are doing quite well, producing lots of tasty, sweet strawberries.
Strawberry plants
I very much liked the concept and I was excited to receive them. Unfortunately they all died
Most looked great!
Most of the plants looked great, but a few were a bit wilted and browning. Also, they were supposed to be bare root, but came in a ton of dirt. Not a problem really, just not what we were expecting.
Was not what I expected
The plant didnt have any leaves on the and the roots were tangled up with a little bit of dry soil.
Strawberry in SC
They were not just bare roots, had some small leaves.
They were healthy plants.
The strawberry plants where healthy. I planted them last week. They have grown already.

Plants arrived dead
I ordered strawberry plants on April 1st. Plants shipped April 6th. First delivery date was April 9th, then changed to April 10th, then finally delivered on April 11th. Strawberries arrived slimy and dead. I'm so disappointed. Will not order from Lowe's again. Now I've been told that I have to return them to Lowes store and it's a 30 mile round trip to the store which costs me gasoline at over $5.00 a gallon and my time.

You can trust Garden Alive!
I have been ordering from them for many years. Now I can do it through Lowe’s, which is a blessing for us. I have them in the house and they’re all our growing nicely .But whatever you get from them , Garden Alive products will be good. Will add photos later.
