I bought these a few months ago, yes you can cut them but what the company does not tell you is once you cut them, the piece that isn't attached to the power supply will not connect to the app even if you reattach them to a strip that has power. Cut these lights and the cut piece is worthless

Live in a retirement community and trying to connect to WiFi to get these lights to be yellow is not worth the hassle of WiFi and Bluetooth. Ha I just want yellow lights. You should have 3 or 4 basic colors programmed like Christmas tree lights. Lights are not worth the hassle of getting app WiFi bluetooth

I bought numerous set past few years. Recently , I purchased two more boxes. My older set are 6 pin, these newer are 4 pin. Nowhere does it say anything about that, so now I have extention set that can't connect to anything. Same description. What a joke.

No bend
Had to return. Strip does not bend around corners like instructions state! Actually, no bend at all. Unless I'm missing something. Poor instructions and no customer service ph. #.

Really good, some room for improvement
First of all, they look great. Install was quick. Remember to wipe down the area you’re going to stick to and the adhesive will work. I have them under and on top of cabinets. I have not had any issues with the app. They work with Home Assistant, so I can do some cool automations. There are two cool white LEDs, two warm white leds, and one RGB LED. My biggest issue is that they use proprietary 7 pin strip and do not provide any type of accessories such as right angle connectors or ribbon tape ...

Very poor description
I won't buy this because of the poor description. I looked at the install instructions and the GE Cync website- and yes they have a great advertisement but no real facts, links or any way to get any accessories they mention like a connector to go around a corner or replacement parts. They have nice pictures of lighting scenes and cartoon instruction sheets -sad
