It has been a great over but the lights have gone and the gas stove part gets stained pretty easy. The mobs have to be replaced and kind of cheap but I am looking to replace the one I have with the same one but new

Oven Door shattered while cooking
I am so disappointed with this oven and the lack of urgency that GE has with the repair process. First of all, just need to let you know the clock stopped working before the oven door shattered. GE manual said to turn on and off the breaker to see if it would reset. It did not reset and would not set to the correct time. Now, for the oven door. Cooking at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes and all of a sudden I heard a pop...I turned on the oven light and I couldn't see through the glass bec...
Buyer Beware!
I purchased this oven to replace a 10 year old oven. Unfortunately, this was NOT a good purchase. I have two complaints. It takes an extremely long time for the oven to reach 350 degree or above temperature. I do not use my oven frequently, however, I decided to clean the oven after a couple months use and there was not much food particles/spots on the oven to be cleaned. After using the self-cleaning oven process, I tried repeatedly to slide my oven trays back into the porcelain oven....t...
Excellent Smart oven!
I bought this particular model of wall oven because I had chosen the fridge based on the color and size we need in our kitchen remodel. I wanted to buy appliances in the same collection. My husband and I installed it ourselves, and the instructions were very straightforward and easy to understand. We were able to install it in one evening. I set up the oven on the WiFi and connected it to my Alexa app. Let me tell you, I feel so futuristic when all I have to say out loud is, "Alexa, turn the ove...

GE built-in oven failures
Too many code failures. Oven overheats, stops working. It's been repair once already and problems continue.

Used less than 15-20 times, now broken
I purchased a brand new home September 13, 2018, with all GE appliances. 1 yr 5 mos, my new Wall Oven BROKE! JT3000 30’ Single Wall Oven. Now, I wonder why GE has DISCONTINUED this particular product. It’s a piece of garbage!!!! It’s probably only been used 15-20 times since I purchased my new home. These appliances should last for 20-30 yrs or more, not 17 months!!! What’s wrong with you GE? Your brand no longer stands up to your trademark. I’m not paying to have it fixed. I’d rather replace th...

Slow to Preheat - Constant Clicking when heating
I purchaed the GE appliance to replace a 17 year old appliance from the first owners of the home I know live in. Did not want to have to do a lot of additional installation work. The replacement fit in the space nicely. I was expecting an upgrade from a 17 year old replacement and from my first week, I am a bit disappointed with the oven. It takes 2-3 times longer to preheat than my previous one. Testing the temperature to 450 degrees takes approx 10 minutes. During the heat up proces...

Intuitive
Overall, I love our new GE oven, though I still wish we were able to get the double we had originally chosen. It takes a bit long to heat up but I truly love the proof function. I have learned to oil the racks, otherwise they do not slide out and mark the sides of the oven. I have yet to learn to turn down the volume of the beeps, as my dog despises the noise. The steam clean function leaves water in the bottom of the oven, and doesn't seem to clean all that well. Otherwise, it looks beautiful, ...

Don't buy
When I preheat to 350, the signal rings and the windows says 350, but 2 thermometers inside say it is 300. About 20 minutes later, it reaches 350, but I only know that because the thermometers inside (remember, I am using 2) say 350. Then the oven stays on for days. Three days after I used the oven, it was 120 inside. The only reason I bought GE was becasue of the promise that it would fit. This is ridiculous that there is so much wrong with a brand new oven.

UNEVEN HEATING
This oven is TERRIBLE. We got it less than a month ago. Thought it may just been a fluke but now I know for sure and will be calling tomorrow. It takes FOREVER to preheat atleast 30 mins+ to get to 350 degrees. Then it doesn't even cook at the right temperature. I have to put it one 400* or I have to wait ATLEAST 1/4 LONGER than what guidelines for baking say or even things I've cooked in the past. 20 mins for a crescent roll to bake. Seriously. Then the top will be done but not the bottoms so...
