Less than 3 years...

This dishwasher was installed by our builder, the control panel just quit on us prior to the three year mark. Costs as much to fix as to buy a different washer. What a waste, I am heading out to buy another brand.

Another poor GE product.

I bought 3 new GE profile appliances in my new home in 2020. Refrigerator lasted 2 months and dishwasher 5 years ( used 6 months a year). Soap dispenser opens and soap runs down front of door.

Get ready to replace the control panel just about every year. We have had it three years and it’s broken twice.

Gah! Broken Twice 3 Years! Hand-Washing Is Better

I don't recommend this machine. It's never provided a quality clean, often left our dishes with a variety of fishy smells and had two separate mechanical failures in its second and third years of operation plus the door seals and control panel trim have all broken and look really bad now. I've worked really hard to try and figure out how to get "Table Ready" dishes from this machine and it never has worked out. A variety of different detergents, rinse aids, baking soda, vinegar, loading style...

Good Product

I purchased this dishwasher for the food grinder in the pump and ease of starting. Push the button, close the door and it runs…simple. The fingerprint resistant stainless is a good feature. Too Soon To Tell

Our dishwasher was just delivered two weeks ago so it's too soon to tell how we specifically feel about it. Because of the crazy times we're living in now this dishwasher was not our first (or second) choice due to so many models not being available because of the pandemic. Buyer Beware

BUYER BEWARE...We recently remodeled our kitchen and purchased four GE appliances. The dishwasher (Model PDT775SYN3FS) is very quiet but has never worked properly. We rinse the dishes before they go in. At the end of the cycle, the dishes are not clean, the dishes are not dry, there is water in the bottom, most of detergent pods do not dissolve and if when we use a liquid dishwasher detergent, most of detergent can be found in the bottom of the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. Broken appliance

Unfortunately, our dishwasher broke right after the (2) year mark. The dishwasher was put in by the builder and now the motor is broke. We probably used it no more the (4) times a month. What a disappointment.

Disappointed given the price. Cleans ok.

Overall we are slightly disappointed. We were eager to replace our Whirlpool which was inconsistent with cleaning. We went for this one because it was one of the more expensive dishwashers and was well reviewed. First impressions of it are the internal components feel cheaper than our Whirlpool. The racks feel light and the rollers feel and sound cheap. The configuration of the racks makes it seem smaller too due to the shape. The 3rd rack is not nearly as useful as we thought it would be.
