We called customer care because the dispensing drawer wasn’t going back in correctly and it was also holding water and the other liquids after the cycles. Ivy(customer care) suggested that I clean it out with warm water because it is probably clogged. I asked her, why should I have to clean out anything for a new washer? She was adamant about not sending a tech out and just sending me the drawer.

I would not recommend this washing machine to my worst enemy. It’s pretty sad less than two weeks of using them. The lid will not open. They have no repair service for GE around here so I have to wait 72 hours for somebody’s contact me to set up an appointment for them to come fix my washer. Meantime I’m supposed to allow my clothes to be in my washer getting moldy mildew and wasting money purchasing this washer next time I’m not gonna be stupid and I’ll go with a different product. This item has a known issue with the hinge cost to replace after 1 year warranty over $600. Save yourself the headache

love this machine. great size of capacity but not to big to reach in and get the clothes out. love the product and loved the service and help from Famous Tate's in South Tampa Florida. Thank you!

Great easy to use features!

We are very pleased with these products. For 3 years we used an all in one washer dryer combo, We had a lot of problems with it. It's very nice using a good reliable separate washer and dryer again.

Only useful for clothing Nothing Else

We do Not like this washer from day 1. It is not useful for anything except clothing. It saves water by barely enough water to wet the clothes evenly even on the deep fill setting. You can Not Wash blankets comforters or pillows without issues and constantly it ending the cycle with sopping wet stuff. Then change the setting to drain and spin and it goes out of wack another 10 times. Then fills back up with water to try to r balance then drain again and then out of balance again. Bad quality plastic on lid

Bought 01/21/2024 In the last year I have been seeing little gray pieces in my tub but did not know where they were coming from then all of a sudden the lid plastic started chipping badly - Seems like the plastic on the lid that surrounds the glass is defective or poor quality now my lid does not close and I can not wash because of the lock. I bought 3 year warranty so hopefully they can do something about this issue, not very cheap product to have cheap plastic

Wouldn't buy again

This machine has a very large tub. It's good for a large family with huge loads but it's really a little too large for a single person. It's also very deep, so if you are a short person, like me, it's a bit difficult to get the laundry out of the washer. It works well for washing comforters & blankets. The dispenser always leaves some of the fabric softener in the slot & lots of water in the other slots whether I use them or not . More than enough for me

I upgraded from a 30 year old washer/dryer that was fantastic for the time but not as efficient and a tiny maximum load compared to this new GE. I’m able to wash and dry comforters that I previously had to take where due to size limits. During the first two weeks of ownership I’ve washed every fabric item in my home just because I can. Pillows, curtains, rugs, etc.. My previous unit couldn’t handle 6 towels. I can now wash 12 at a time with room for more. Love it.

Lid is plastic and plastic breaks

Less than two years old and the developed a crack that quickly deteriorated. The lid came off completely. Buying a new lid is $200 less than a new washer. Not recommended. Buying a new washer exactly two years after this one is not celebratory.
