I was super excited about this product. I do ALOT OF LAUNDRY! 8 towels took 3.8 hours. I didnt save any time not having to swapping them over. it did save space but it is heavier than a MF! I can move it if I need to turn off the water of of something falls behind it. it looks pretty and it was a good idea if it had worked but save your money and wait a few more years til they get the kinks out

Would Not Recmmend for a Rental w/Housekeeping
We installed the GE Combo in a rental property in August, 2023. We have had no mechanical issues, and the online app is great to have. However, we are moving it to our home to replace our washer (spin cycle is out). For home use we think it is fine. If you have a large family; do a lot of loads - particularly a lot of towels; you will find that you may have to use an extra dryer cycle. Should not continue to be sold
I bought this a few years ago hoping to transition to an environmentally friendly heat pump system. I echo what many others say. 1) drying times are enormous, especially for heavy cotton/towels. It may use less electricity per hour but a load of towels can take 6 hours (we even searched and bought a set of towels advertised to be quick-drying but still need hours to dry). 2) the lint filter compartment builds up lint you are supposed to somehow remove with brushes, narrow vacuum tubes etc. I lea...

never buy
we bought this washer dryer combo a year ago and have multiple service calls and now it's not filling with water on certain cycles. you know it's bad when even the service repair people tell you to make sure you get the extended warranty and be prepared for multiple issues.

Worst appliance I have ever owned!!!
My husband bought this as a surprise. He hates it also. The washer seems to work just fine. It gets the clothes clean. However, the drier is the worst appliance I have ever used. The clothes are either wet, wrinkled or both no matter what I do. It shakes so bad it's knocked things off the wall. I'd sell it but I would need to tell the truth about it. So I'm stuck!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing product. The only gripes are that the lint collector is a little funky and seems to stay wet. Being a bit larger in the drum would also be nice for doing large things like comforters. This is the best washer I have ever used though!
