Had this freezer for 3yrs 8mo and some change. It stopped working. high temp warning sounded, we reset it, food seemed frozen. One day it wasn't. Meat was thawed, blood dripped threw out the freezer. then it re froze everything. Tossed out about 200lbs of meat. Very up set with this product.

Within a year, the compressor and front control panel had to be replaced. 2 years later, it needs to be repaired for the same thing.
