No matter how I set up the schedule, the light will NOT turn on automatically. I can turn it on remotely, it will shut off automatically, but I can't get the schedule to turn the light on.

Researched product online and saw that Lowes actually stocked it. Bought it, liked it, easy purchase.

Go with another brand

Ordered online through Lowe's and was given an expected delivery date. When checking the order status on the day of expected delivery, it said the item is back ordered (even though Lowe's stocks in stores). Wasn't notified of delay, so had to reschedule job. Low amperage rating compared to similar products. No option for a higher rated switch, so have to use a different brand after we installed 20 of these after already rescheduling the job. Easy, but scanner is tricky to use

I couldn't get the scanner to work at all - it's at a very odd angle for use. But the code worked just fine and pickup was easy. I would use again.

won't stay connected

Installation was relatively easy and the initial connection to the app went ok but the connection is now only intermittent at best. Anytime i leave the house the switch disconnects. Its now just an expensive, manual light switch. I can't recommend it.

Works as advertised.

It works well, and is a good way to get a smart switch when there is not neutral wire in the box. It works with Alexa, but you also have to install the Cync app on your phone for initial setup.

not for outdoor fixtures

Wanted to use this to control my front porch lights. Installation was easy. Very straight forward. Unfortunately never got the little LED status light to come on no matter how i wired it.. and could not get it to function or become visible to the cync app. Tried it on a different location for outside. No dice. I think thus will only work if you have one fixture on the circuit and that fixture needs to be a screw in light bulb style that will accept the sdspter that comes with thd kit. ...
