My son-in-law installed the switch as I know nothing about electricity. Once in, I was amazed at how modern and easy to use it is. Works well

Not easy to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this because I think having a smart switch would be amazing but although installing was easy, set up was a bit of a challenge. Install, download the app and add your C by GE sounded easy enough but I found it not so easy. Pros: Dimming feature, use any lightbulb, wireless control. Easy install, ring indicator illuminates in the dark, looks nice. Cons: hard to set up

Easy install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m by no means an electrician, but this had a really straightforward install process be I was able to complete it correctly almost immediately. I also love being able to control the lights in my house that don’t allow for a smart bulb. And it works better than they do, honestly.

Color Me Impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have an older house and a lot of more modern stuff just doesn't work. This actually went in fairly quickly and works well. Though it took some playing with to get it completely off the first few times a small adjustment had it working just fine.

It’s quick and easy to replace the old switch with this new one with just a screwdriver. The design looks so modern and clean, I love it!

Good smart dimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On the plus side, I like the look and feel of the dimmer itself. The installation was fairly straight forward, as any switch requires the same connections. The software is OK. Connection took me a few tries, I connected it to Google home and tested the same with Alexa. Once enabled, it works great. Any change in wifi or something that requiers resetting the switch is a bit of a pain but otherwise, works quite well.

Versatile switch
