I boughtbthese for my older home with no neutral. The first one was broken (dead switch) out of the box. The second one hasn't lasted a year and is now completely dead. The programming, when the switch wasn't dead, is a joke. It decides when it does and does not want to work. A very big waste of money.

GE suggests using adapter.
Had previously bought the bulbs that were controlled the same way through the cync app, so thought I would try the dimmer. The dimmer comes with an adapter for a dimmable led bub. Had to use the adapter on one install, did not on the other. Adapter makes bulb too tall and protrudes from the globe. Not the greatest looking when in a set of three. Other than that works well
