The most frustrating dryer I have ever owned
Worked great until the warranty ran out. Purchased February 2023 and I have to turn on and off, switch to different mode, anything to try and get it to dry. It must have a faulty board, all it does is consistently change the heat setting to low and then just continually runs through cycles.

Get it! Handles farm dirty bins with no problem
I have actually owned both my dryer and washer almost 5 years. We have a farming operation, in addition to the fact that my husband is a paraplegic. This means that when he has to make repairs, he is in the ground/floor dragging himself to where he needs to be. The result is extremely dirty and greasy clothes. This thing is a tank! First of all this story is 100% true. Bought this big beauty from a scratch and dent store. very minor dent on the top size of a pin head. Loaded it in my truck no box but the store kindly threw some dirty went cardboard between the dryer and the back of the bed. No straps, why would i need those? the dryer weighs like 80 pounds. Love it BUT...
Love this dryer but it has the worst lint collection system ever! For whatever reason, the lint tends to collect on top and within the 'pores' of the lint tray in addition to down within the tray. So, when you remove your clothes from the dryer, the lent will often get on your freshly clean and dried clothes :/ The solution to this is either be careful or remove the lint tray before removing your clothes. Otherwise, the dry works very well. never had my clothes dry so quickly.

Very poor dryer
This dryer is about two years old and we’re having to pay someone to come look at it for the second time. The heat has always been very weak and it takes about 90 min to dry an average load. But we live with that. It’s broken now twice, the first time for a power issue (2 weeks after warranty expired) and now it’s completely dead. It’s a piece of junk

This is a flawed dryer :(
I've had GE dryers for many years, and unfortunately this one is flawed in a two major ways. 1) There's a 50% chance that anything with drawstrings will somehow get those strings twisted beyond repair inside the dryer. This has never happened with any dryer I've ever had, but with this dryer drawstrings in hoodies, pants, etc. tend to get twisted so many times while drying that you can't undo the damage. I purchased a washer and dryer on 9/2. This was to be delivered on 10/21. Upon arriving, the drivers found the dryer door was broken. A new dryer was ordered and was scheduled to arrive today. Not so great
This drier is beautiful, however it never worked very well. I should have returned as it does not heat up much. Can only run on the time cycle. The moisture sensing dosnt work as the clothes are still very wet when using it. The noise level is low so that is not an issue. The capacity is great. The steam cycle only makes the clothes wet. The matching washer works great with no issues
