Triple check installation.
Works well but do yourself a favor and don’t have Lowe’s deliver. Sparing the details, both machines needed completely replaced after “installation” and all of my walls were destroyed. Machine was wired backwards and left shipping bolts in washer. This was my experience, so best of luck to you!

Great washer
I bought this washer about a month ago. It is excellent. It’s self dries afterwards so you don’t have to worry about that mold but you do have to dry the drawer out where the soap dispenser goes. Otherwise it’s great. It’s quiet. It’s quick. It does a good job.

Worst dryer I've ever owned
I bought this dryer with the matching washing machine in November of 2024. A month after purchasing it I reached out to Lowe's and ultimately to GE for someone to check my dryer because I was having issues. The issue was and still very much is, the lint trap piece itself, plus inside of where it goes, as well as the door around the rubber and glass looking window have a substance on them after drying. zero star dryer
After using a few times, I found out that the clothes inside are still wet. The machine automictically turns off by itself. The GE tech came and checked, said nothing is wrong with it. He said it is energy saving features, which does not make sense to me. He said I have to open the door and rotate the clothes myself when it shut off in the middle of cycle. sounds very stupid for such a high tech machine. Great dryer
Such an easy purchase. Reviewed several but found the dryer I wanted at Lowe’s. Bought it online and it was delivered with free installation. The installation men were wonderful. Dryer is being used almost daily.

The only cycle works is Quick Dry.
I want to return this dryer because most of the functions do not work properly. Other cycles, such as Towels, Cotton, Mixed Load, run for only about 2 minutes and then stop. Because the main drying functions are not working as expected, the dryer is not usable for my needs. I would like to return it for a refund
