The only cycle works is Quick Dry.

I want to return this dryer because most of the functions do not work properly. Other cycles, such as Towels, Cotton, Mixed Load, run for only about 2 minutes and then stop. Because the main drying functions are not working as expected, the dryer is not usable for my needs. I would like to return it for a refund

Worst dryer I've ever owned

I bought this dryer with the matching washing machine in November of 2024. A month after purchasing it I reached out to Lowe's and ultimately to GE for someone to check my dryer because I was having issues. The issue was and still very much is, the lint trap piece itself, plus inside of where it goes, as well as the door around the rubber and glass looking window have a substance on them after drying. Bought it 3 times!!

I have owned this make and model of dryer 3 times now. The first one lasted me 12 years and had to be replaced. The second one I had to sell with a home after 3 years. When I needed another dryer I did not hesitate one which one to get. They have run faithfully and this newer model so far hasn’t disappointed me. I love the features, cycle choices, capacity, the accurate drying time and energy savings. They are my go to and highly recommend.

Great Dryer

Working great so far. Lots of choices to use for drying and huge on the inside. The best feature is that the doors on both washer & dryer are changeable which we needed to do.

Drum is defective

My drum broke within three years We are a family of two adults and three children Very disappointing now im faced with repairing or buying a new one

Top of the line at a good cost

This device is the best I've ever seen, top of the line. It's quiet and, although advanced, very easy to use.

Takes a long time to dry clothes

This dryer takes so much longer to dry my clothes than the GE profile I had. I didn’t buy another GE profile because the washer Broke after 8 years and the dryer only lasted 9 years.
