Rocky start, marvelous range.

Neither or service rep, nor either of two teams could figure out why my induction top wouldn’t turn on. After watching a couple videos, and determined not to let a tool outsmart me, I discovered a unpublished safety feature…in order to turn on either the whole cooktop, or and individual burner…you have to lightly press and hold the on off buttons….something toddlers do...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this range. Everything works great and looks great. My only complaint is how easy it is to scratch the glass top. It's also hard to keep clean due to it being glass and black, but a nice silicone cover helps out. Would definitely recommend.

Decent Range for the price

Wouldn’t buy again

Currently we can only have one burner on (front right), and that’s only after it throws the error code, and we turn it off then back on. Hopefully it can be fixed. We’ve only had it since September.
