As others have mentioned, our new oven also has a very strong gas odor (just from the oven, not the stove -- and it's much more than initial burn-in), so much so that it's not safe to use. On Jan 3, we scheduled warranty support and needed to wait 9 days until first available slot on Jan 12. On Jan 9 (the Friday before the scheduled visit on Monday, the notified us they wouldn't be able to visit until 01/21, 18 days after the initial repair request. Customer service horrible.
Stove is not safe the oven door gets so hot you can't touch it and knobs for burners get very hot. First off it's impossible to speak with a person at Frigidaire and you have to go to Lowe's to speak with a person. AI makes it impossible. I have been to Lowe's and messaged with Frigidaire and getting no results
