The Freud 99-027 is a Quadra-Cut table edge and handrail router bit designed for producing stain-grade moldings, elegant table and furniture details, and handrail shapes. It features a 1/2" shank, 1/2" bearing, 2-19/32" overall diameter, 2-5/8" overall length, 23/32" carbide height, and four cutters for smooth, consistent cuts. Use with CNC machines, table-mounted routers, or hand-held portable routers; it cuts composition materials, plywoods, hardwoods, and softwoods. Combine with Freud 99-442, 99-444, or 99-446 (sold separately) or another rail profile to create custom banisters and railing designs.
