Beautiful, but customer service is horrible.

Would Not Recommend

This was very nice, and we would have been very happy with it. However, we had an issue and we found the customer service frustrating. It took us a while to find someone to install this. When we did, it was chipped on one end. Lowe's wanted to send me a new piece, but the guy had already installed it. So they sent me to the company. The company said they could not refund me, but offered to send me the new piece for $80 plus shipping, and then referred me back to Lowe's when I said I didn'...

Great Shower Wall Panels for the Cost

Would Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this for a shower install and the product is great! Easy to work with, looks great and saves you thousands on tile or slab installation costs. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for inexpensive alternatives for their shower or tub surrounds.

Product Quality

Would Recommend

The product looks great. One item to note is that the assembly did not have an edge strip for the top of each panel. I had to purchase extra strips from a local hardware store. It only included strips for the vertical edges. Also, the panels need to be assembled to wallboard or green board. It cannot be assembled directly to the studs.
