The Italian Cypress has a timelessly elegant appearance in any landscape. Watch as they reach for the stars with a naturally narrow, columnar shape. Dense foliage makes this a fantastic screen variety, ideal for sealing out noise, wind and prying eyes. At maturity, this privacy tree reaches 30 ft. to 50 ft. tall and 5 ft. to 6 ft. W However, if you have a specific height in mind, simply trim the top of the tree once it reaches that size. In the best possible growing conditions, this fast-growing tree is capable of growing 3 ft. in a single year. In average conditions, it tends to grow 1 ft. to 2 ft. annually. It grows from USDA Zones 7 to 11 and requires little maintenance once established. Be sure to plant this Cypress in Full Sun for proper growth and plant health. Additionally, water your new plant 2 to 3 times per week during the first growing season. Provide more water in times of extreme heat/dryness.
