In the best possible growing conditions, this fast-growing tree is capable of growing 3 ft. in a single year. In average conditions, it tends to grow 1 ft. to 2 ft. annually. It grows from USDA Zones 7 to 11 and requires little maintenance once established. Be sure to plant this Cypress in Full Sun for proper growth and plant health. Additionally, water your new plant 2 to 3 times per week during the first growing season. Provide more water in times of extreme heat/dryness.
