Smoke detectors????
I have bought 4 of the same smoke detectors, only they haven't been the same as far as connection, wiring does not match on 2 of the 4 (same product).

NFPA 1192 compliant (For use in RV's)
Approved for use in RV's was the specific reason for the purchase. Home-use smoke detectors/alarms are suceptable to failure if use in RV's as they are not built to withstand the jiggles, jostling, and bumps of an RV while in transit. NFPA 1192 (Standard on Recreational Vehicles) Section 6.3.1.3 states smoke alarm used in RV's "...shall be listed and marked on the device as being suitable for installation in recreational vehicles..."
