low battery after 17 days
I purchased a 6 pack & paid to have the detectors installed. One is already chirping for a low battery. I called Lowe's to determine how to have the battery or detector replaced as defective. I was transferred from customer service to electric, who then transferred me back to customer service during which time the call disconnected. I now have to wait for First Alert's call center to open to try to obtain a replacement/battery. I purchased a 10 year battery set for a reason
