I purchased this box of screws to use along with a deck install with hidden fasteners for the steps, Perimeter and parting boards. I just had to purchase the size drill bit it says to you and it worked out perfect with almost invisible plugs

Necessary but not a good value

It's a complete kit, screws/caps and bit, to fasten Trex enhance boards. There's a few issues with this kit, which is very expensive. One is it doesn't come with a 7/32" drill bit that you absolutely need to use to prebore the holes before screwing. Most people have one, but it's hard to know the correct depth - it would be good if the directions specified that. When you drive the screws in, they wobble a lot, probably because the head is very small and the 7/32 hole is larger. They can qui...
