Rubbish design

The screw housing should use an old school screw instead of an allen wrench tightened interior mounted tightening screw because the stupid thing pops up and OUT of it's footing while being tightend and is impossible to put back in again...think of trying to put a ship in a bottle and you get the general idea. I had to resort to metal cement to mount this hook to the mounting plate and if not for that my mom really likes this set, I'd have taken the whole mess back. A nice old fashioned slot h...

Seems sturdy

Haven’t hung it up yet but seems sturdy. Wish the price point was a little better.

Eh

Not sure if I’m going to keep this. The backplate arrived nicked and scratched, as did all of the matching robe hooks. Apparently that’s part of the design? (Not really.) Overall, not impressed. I’d like it if it wasn’t damaged.

Poor Finish Quality

We are already replacing this towel bar, along with the matching towel ring and toilet paper, after 2 years as the black finish is peeling off. This started 7-8 months after installation.

As expected but not what was needed

It's a nice, simple holder, quality is good but it was too large for the area I needed and I will be returning.

Nice and heavy

This is the nicest quality toilet paper roll we have ever purchased. So much nicer than the builder grade. It's good and heavy, not like the light-weight ones you buy in most stores. The finish looks great to.

High Quality

This toilet paper holder is heavier and more substantial than most of the other ones I looked at. I looked and looked, because I will not change it out for many years, and this was perfect in terms of design, quality, and price. It really looks like a very expensive design and quality. I am very happy with my purchase. I ordered it and it came several days ahead of schedule. We are building another house and I will be reordering this for the bathrooms.
