To check their merchandise asap. Too many mistakes
Careless people picking out items to ship. One piece was damaged/crushed and one was the wrong color altogether. This is my second purchase where they didn't bother looking through the merchandise and shipped me the wrong color. Super annoying.

Order them online...it's faster.
I've been needed this pieces for a long time. The local Lowe's locations said they are in stock but they are not. I sat in the floor and pulled stock boxes and ones that had fell in the floor from under the dirty dusty display, filling up the shelves, but this exact one just wasn't there. Finally decided to just order them and be done with it. I am glad I did. Now I can finally finish my backsplash project.
