It looks great and works so well - not only that our first 2 are 8 years old , are used summer and winter - and run beautifully . They stopped recently , we called and a freindly technician answered the phone and talked us through how one set the remote to fix the issue . We had No hesitation in buying more ! Excellent product and quality !

Fanimation has no customer service.
This is my second of this fan, I like the fan but the first one only lasted about 4 years. Also fanimation customer service is nonexistent. I left multiple messages and emails with no response. The new fan went in fine and is working great.
