Motor is loud and now clicks, light is very dim

Would Not Recommend

We will be returning this fan. The motor is very loud, especially given the price point. After about a week of very intermittent use, the fan makes a lot of random click and creaking noises when run at full speed. Also, the light is pathetically dim.

Looks Nice but Doesn't move Air

Would Not Recommend

The fan is good looking but the main function of the fan is to move air. The CFMs are not as advertised, and this actually in a much smaller room that the fan is rated for, I can only imagine how little impact this would have in a larger sized area like a great room. Even the aestitics of the fan aren't that impressive. Also it requires you to use a remote, cannot be wired to switches.

Stay away from Fanimation

Would Not Recommend

I have this fan, the motor does not work well as the temperature rises. I contacted Fanimation customer support and was sent a new receiver. A year later, same issue. When I contact them a gain, they want to send me another receiver for $50. There is a lifetime motor warrantee, they won't replace it. Just a continual run around dealing with them.

Is a longer downrod available or an attachable extension?

Does this require a threaded down rod? I need a longer length than the one provided.

Where is the fan made? USA...China?

does this work for two light switches where on controls the fan and the other the light?
