Great product - horrible delivery service.

The products are great but I paid to have them delivered, scheduled my day around the 4-hour window for delivery. The product was dropped at the base of a very long driveway - they didn't contact me while here, nor did I sign for the order. I'm 74 and now have to haul the panels to the place I wanted them delivered. I am beyond disappointed - close to angry and will not order from Lowe's again.

Wrong price no results to resolve

I told the cashier afterwards that was not the price on the shelf she said to get over it that was the price we are going to pay and we had to have it to finish our chicken coop. I have tried multiple times to reach out to the manager but no answer and does not call back I'm very disappointed in Lowes.

Scratched up

I started working with these as I'm enclosing my carport and to say I'm not pleased would be an understatement as just about everyone is scratched up. Obviously, the person, or persons who loaded these didn't really give a darn as to how they looked but as the customer I do. I am now going to have to paint them which I shouldn't have to.

Quality panels

High quality roofing panels, very consistent and good color availability. The only problem is the paint scrapes very easily, so be careful when handling and installing.

Terrible service

I ordered product which is roofing material they damaged one pice in delivery and said they would replace if I called I did they set up delivery date and then the day of delivery they moved the date after I had taken off to do the project . When they did deliver the product it was rolled up. This last weekend I took the old roof off and started putting the new up. It they sent me two different colors . I was already in the middle of the roof and had to use cause of rain coming.

Very neutral color

Basic 29-gauge ribbed panel in a neutral color which I used for a small covered deck. They no longer make the color of my original roof (a dark blue) so I just wanted something neutral enough to not stand out and this did the trick. I would use this again.

Good deterrent to the weather elements

The rigid panel has held up to the elements. It is easy to cut for shaping purposes. It is not easy to transport on windy days, take care to not slide your hand along the edge and/or tighten down too much and bend the edges.

Looks nice

Easy to install and would have looked great, but was full of scratches on the colored side. Not sure if that was from the supplier or the shipper

Hidden in the pile!

Unfortunately I wasn't available to be home when my metal sheets were delivered. I did verify the count but did not separate each one to check the condition. In the middle of the stack was hidden gem. Kind of cheesy of them. I do like the product otherwise. Cuts easy enough with a battery operated cutter but even easier with a grinder cutter.

Metal Roof

I shred review in other product which is exactly same product in different length. Generally I like product from Lowes and this one seems like good quality. I am no expert however this will last lifetime. hopefully.
