Poor quality, customer service non existant
If you want expensive, poor quality vanity with horrible customer service, get Eviva. I got a vanity with a defective sliding mechanism, the door not staying closed,rendering the vanity unusable. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, providing purchase details and photos, Eviva first delayed, then said it does not have replacement parts even though they continue to sell vanities. Check BBB

Can't remove water marks
I've had this vanity for a month. It's beautiful, but on two occasions I've set a glass of water on the vanity and it picked up stains from the glasses that I can't remove. I've tried every internet remedy I can find and two different types of quartz cleaners, but to no avail. I'm really disappointed, as I'm sure that this won't be the last time that I find the need to set something with water in it on the counter in my bathroom.
