What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the toilet's powerful, reliable flush and sleek one-piece design that enhances bathroom aesthetics. The gap-free surfaces and removable seat make cleaning effortless, while the dual-flush system conserves water effectively. Most find the modern look and performance worthwhile despite installation challenges—the unit's weight requires two people, and limited bolt access complicates setup. A few report isolated issues like weak flushes or seat instability, but overall reviewers consider it a strong choice for style and function.

Looks great but….

Would Not Recommend

The flush works well for such a small tank. I can’t say it’s particularly powerful, but it does a good job about 8 out of 10 times. Unfortunately, the cover of the push button broke after about two months of use. The mechanism is designed so that the plastic button you press is attached to the flush mechanism by four small plastic tabs. One of them broke pretty quickly, and now, after a few flushes, the entire mechanism falls through the hole in the tank lid. The replacement costs $25, which is...

Lowes Product

Would Not Recommend

I bought this toilet and it has a small pin hole leak in the porcelain and Lowe's will not do anything about it. so, I have to contact the manufacture to see if they will do anything about it. Lowe's does not have ALL SALES ARE FINAL in the description of their toilets. I am very unhappy with LOWE'S right now.

Does NOT Function Well

Would Not Recommend

This is the worst toilet I have ever had. It looks nice, and we were excited when we refinished our bathroom a year ago and installed this, but it has been hatred ever since. The toilet clogs extremely easily, and the bowl is not shaped to accommodate a man sitting, as the wall of the bowl in the front becomes an issue. We do NOT recommend.
