Perfect for limited space but does not save time
This machine performs as described by the manufacturer. I read many reviews and agree that this is an option for me only because the other option was a laundromat. It does NOT save you time. It does fit in a small space and it does wash and dry. I have the vented option installed. And, I did purchase from Lowe's at a higher price than other options because it was supposed include delivery and installation. Unfortunately, they did not complete the install. Service on the go RV update

Lowes is Negligent
Installation experience by Lowes was negligent. They did not install the unit properly as per purchase agreement. Installation team and customer service both horrendous, incompetent and unable to resolve issues, such as providing and identifying upon multiple requests the required installation parts, which were not provided as per purchase agreement fulfilled with full payment by customer. I had to pay a separate service to install the unit properly so that it would not catch fire.

Worse thing I ever brought
This has been such a big headache. I go to buy this washer and dryer combo. To then find out I will not be able to get it for almost 2 weeks. Then I get it was supposed to be setup. It's just sitting in my kitchen when I get home. I finally get it setup and the dryer does not work!. Now I'm have a time just trying to get it returned and get a new one. Stay far away from lowes!
