NO LINT FILTER

I never would have bought this washer had I known it does not have a lint filter. I have to clean the sink out after every single wash cycle and then put each load through an extra rinse cycle. I HATE this washer.

All But the Ball

They both will ball sheets and blankets so I have to run an extra pure rinse in the washer and then I have to dry each piece of a sheet set individually. Do not buy — bad parts, no company accountability

Less than a month after delivery, my Electrolux washer started turning on by itself. After 7 repair visits, it still malfunctions. Electrolux can't supply the right parts, and won't replace machine or give a refund. I've had this for a few weeks, however, 2 days ago, for some reason, there was still a lot of water in the tub when the washer finished. Don't know what happened there, so I just ran the cycle all over and the tub did finish emptying.

I purchased this Electrolux SmartBoost LuxCare Plus Wash in March 2024 after having a good experience with another Electrolux model in a rental. This machine has been a nightmare and impossible to keep mold and mildew free despite following the manufacturer’s instructions for care and maintenance (i.e. leaving the door open, wiping down the gasket, running a regular cleaning cycle).
